In the “food and beverage” sector, we see the creation of eating points aimed at following this way of returning to our roots and using the food that the earth gives us in a more conscious and healthy way. Following this line, a juice-food bar will be created in the city of Barranquilla, which will remember the value and power of our fruits and vegetables, offering a wide variety of pressed juices, blendings and smoothies, along with food ( salad/wrap bar, and snacks) and nutritional information of the products.

The challenge

The project will start in Barranquilla with the expectation of creating a chain of restaurants in various cities of the country, targeting 39% men and 61% women, who belong to socio-economic stratum 4,5,6.

They are men and women between the ages of 18-45 who like to eat healthy and would not mind paying a little more to feed your body healthy, but who care a lot about taste, quality vs. price.

It is a target that knows about food and knows how to eat, who wants to be surprised with a new healthy, rich and fun experience.

The strategy

Nutrition
and health

After hand brainstorming with clients and several days of local market research, we finally came up with the name “GREENBAR” and from there the creative process began.

The strategy will be focused on being the reference point for the best handmade juices in the city, with the best possible combinations and the site that truly knows about nutrition and health, which communicates all these concepts in a more current way. Focus: nutrition, juices, take away, fitness, sport, athletic, minimalist.

Pineapple

Pineapple is one of the characteristic fruits of the region and after several design tests, we arrived at the visual result that you will see below. The creative concept mixes freehand illustration of food elements that allow us to play with the textures and the symbol of the restaurant logo. We chose cold but tropical colors, a mint-neon green, a strong lemon leaning towards yellow and black as the main colors.
