The Challenge

+House, a construction company with more than 10 years of experience in the city of Barranquilla, will begin its new architectural project in the area near the Caujaral Lakes, in Puerto Colombia. It will be an innovative project, consisting of 3 towers of 20-story buildings each in its first stage with various activities within the complex that includes a Club house with different recreation areas, swimming pools, multiple sports fields, panoramic terraces with views to the sea and green areas.

This is the creative inspiration given by the client: The vitality and drive that make Barranquilla one of the main cities in the country are the result of a unique mix, inherited from tireless travelers and immigrants who arrived in the region years ago. Gratitude undertakes a journey against Oblivion with the help of the Caujaro, the sacred tree of the region. This tree will be the center of the architectural project and will be the point of union of the 3 towers of buildings, which in turn, represent his immigrant friends, the Spanish, Scottish and African, who will help him in his battle against Oblivion. Their names are Baobab, Taxxus and Encina, each representing their region of origin.

The +HOUSE CAUJARAL Branding became a challenge, due to the magical story that inspires it, leading us to build something truly special and unique.

Its intertwined curves represent the network of connection between the roots of the trees of a forest, continuously communicating. It represents the union of several elements, such as the harmony of architectural beauty, nature, the history of the homage to the immigrant roots of the Barranquilleros and an inclusive and innovative real estate project that aims to break with all schemes.
